ADVERTISING: This year’s event will be aggressively marketed as The Place to Buy in 2024.

Most of the advertising will be directed to within a 100 mile radius of Beaumont, Texas.

SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION

Booth Space (8’ x 10’): $800 each. Add $100 for corner booths

TERMS: 50% deposit required upon space reservation.

MOVE-IN:

Wednesday… January 31…As Scheduled
Thursday……. February 1….. 8 AM – 7 PM
Friday………… February 2…….8 AM – 11 AM

SHOW HOURS:

Friday …………February 2 ……… Noon – 7 PM
Saturday……..February 3 ………10 AM – 7 PM
Sunday………. February 3……….11 AM – 5 PM

MOVE-OUT:

Sunday evening, February 4 (after the show)

 

ELECTRICITY: $60 per hook-up.

TABLE / CHAIRS / CARPET: Will be available for rent from the show decorator. ALL AISLES WILL BE CARPETED.
